Titan Armor Solutions, Inc and its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any lost profits, lost revenue, loss of use or any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, this site, the materials on this site or the products purchased on this site, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if Titan Armor Solutions, Inc has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

It is against Federal Law for a person convicted of a violent felony to purchase or possess body armor. In addition, various States also have laws restricting the purchase or possession of body armor by persons convicted of drug crimes, certain felonies, or other crimes of violence. By purchasing body armor from Titan Armor Solutions, Inc., you acknowledge and certify that: (1) you have no felony convictions, (2) you have not been convicted of any other crime that would restrict your ability to purchase or possess body armor under any State or Federal law, (3) you do not intend to use the body armor for any criminal purpose and (4) you are over 18 years old. Titan Armor Solutions, Inc., reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to sell body armor to any person. Additionally, the sale of body armor to residents of Connecticut is restricted to in-person sales, unless the sale is made to certain law enforcement or military personnel.CUSTOM MANUFACTURED AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE

All orders will be paid for at time of order unless otherwise noted. For in stock items not needing to be manufactured,  Titan Armor will make every effort to ship your order within 24-48 hours. All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your designated address typically by FedEx ground. You will be advised when your order ships and will be provided tracking information to track your shipment.Titan Armor Solutions, Inc  is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Occasionally, stock is depleted and your order will go to backorder status. The backorder items will be fulfilled once stock becomes available unless otherwise requested to hold and ship complete. TITAN ARMOR ONLY SHIPS TO THE LOWER 48. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.

Level III and IV armor (Rifle Plates) fall under the jurisdiction of the International Traffic In Arms Regulations (ITAR), and is subject to the export control laws of the U.S. Government. Export or retransfer of Rifle Plates by any means to any foreign end user, or for any other end use, whether in the U.S. or abroad, without the written approval of the U.S. Department of State, is prohibited. Products purchased from this website may contain hardware/technical data within the definition of 15 CFR Chapter VII, Subchapter C – EXPORT ADMINISTRATION REGULATIONS Part 730 through 774, as well as 22 CFR Chapter I, Subchapter M – INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC IN ARMS REGULATIONS part 120 through 130,and may be subject to the export control laws of the U.S.The unauthorized reproduction, dissemination, or transfer of these products or technical data by any method to a foreign person, whether within the U.S. or abroad without the written authorization of the Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry & Security (BIS), Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), or Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Controls (OFAC) is strictly prohibited by law. Connecticut residents are prohibited from buying Body Armor unless the sale is face to face (or unless the buyer is a police officer, Police Department, or Military). Titan Armor will not ship to residents of Connecticut who are not police or military.

Due to the lifesaving capabilities of Ballistic Armor products, all ARMOR sales are final, no returns are accepted after the product has been shipped. Exceptions may be made by Titan Armor Solutions, Inc. Please ensure you are purchasing the correct model, size, cut, curvature, panel/plate type, threat level and color. Feel free to contact us to confirm these details as well as make recommendations for the best solution suited to your need or mission. Titan Armor will gladly exchange or refund faulty products or if you received the wrong product.
Before returning any product, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from Titan Armor Solutions by Email. We can only process returns and refunds for items directly purchased from Titan Armor Solution Inc. Proof of purchase is required. Your return must be in the original package and include the original invoice received with the products.
